I started Real Estate in 1991 and went to work for McIntosh Real Estate in Riverside CA. In 1995 I was offered a job selling for Presley Homes who was building a new Active Adult Community in Banning called Sun Lakes Country Club. I was originally put in charge of selling the homes being built around the Executive Golf Course until the Sales Teams were merged and we could sell both sides of the Community. In late 1999 Presley Homes sold the remaining 900+ lots to Pulte Homes. I was the ONLY Agent they kept when putting together a New Sales Team and I was the Top Selling Agent every month for many years for both Builders. In 2003 I was chosen to attend Pulte’s Prestigious “Top Gun” Training in Georgia for ONLY the Top 1% of Sales Agents from all across the US! I was promoted to Area Manager for Pulte with territory from Corona to Victorville opening and overseeing new communities. I worked for Pulte and Lennar in Management and Consulting until about 2007. After many years of traveling, I decided to hang my license again and am now working for “Better Homes and Gardens - Oak Valley”! I have such affection for the Active Adult Buyer and Communities that cater to them. I live in Sun Lakes and am here to help anyone find the home of their dreams or sell the one they own in order to move on.
